Functional low-budget hotel with delicious and gorgeous breakfasts. Practical location, a 10-15 minute walk from thermal baths. Plenty of food options just a short stroll away from the venue. Friendly check-in, parking on site. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

I arrived it was past 12:00 a. m., I called the hotel to have them bring me in. I went from Terminal 2 to 7eleven, right next door is the office. They arrived for me about 8 minutes later and man who drove me was very kind. From the moment I got on the bus I had excellent service. check in took 3 minutes and if that wasn't enough, I was promoted to a better room! room had everything you need, from water, shampoo, soap, towels, to a shaving kit. air conditioning worked very well and I didn't hear a single car noise at night. next morning I checked out early so I could catch my next flight and they had a sandwich, an apple, yogurt and juice ready for the road. Without a doubt it was a super good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
The only thing was that the room has free coffee but I never knew how to operate the coffeemaker since it has no instructions.

My case is that of the business traveller who has to go to a meeting hours after an early morning flight. Instead of going to a downtown hotel, where they will charge an extra $200 for an extra day of showering and changing clothes, this hotel allows you to save that extra cost plus the cost of a taxi with its forty-five minute drive and traffic jam (at 5 a.m. there is already a traffic jam in Mexico City). In less than ten minutes after retrieving your suitcase you are in your hotel room. It gave me time to sleep for a while before the meeting. Besides, the room is very correct and has everything you need in the price, including WiFi. There is no air conditioning noise required from other chain hotels and although it is next to the highway it is quiet. Breakfast is fine. It's not all that excellent as other reviews put it, but it's much better than almost any other hotel within six kilometers of the airport. The pick-up service was instantaneous and is very well identified. As you can phone using the wifi at the airport there is no problem to request it on arrival.
The collection service only reaches the domestic departure area (gate 4). From international, you have to walk four or five doors. It's not much, but if you come tired it takes forever. It makes a certain sense, because the international exit door is taken by the taxis and yet in the national one the hotel vehicle parks immediately.

I enjoyed my stay in a high standard room with a jacuzzi and a good shower.

Its proximity to Zurich Airport, only one and a half kilometres away, as in two days you had to take the plane back home and hotel has a shuttle service to take you to one of the airport to the hotel and vice versa in about ten minutes; its proximity to the city of Zurich, since it was only necessary to take a train to that city in 15 minutes; proximity of the hotel to the Kloten train station, is 150 meters away, so it took me a couple of minutes to walk to it; beauty and tranquility of the Kloten village; cleanliness and excellent condition of the hotel.
Perhaps I would ask for a little more space to store clothes if I were to stay more days in the hotel, as there was only a small space to hang a few clothes.

We stayed there once (which made us come back) and main reason for choosing that hotel was the location so close to the airport because we had to leave early the next morning to catch a plane. We were surprised that when we could not have the buffet breakfast we were given a lunch (quite rich and complete) to go. In addition to their free transportation to the airport every 15 mins. On the second occasion we tried the breakfast buffet and it was delicious. Super complete, abundant and treatment of the staff very very good! rooms are of good size, with all the indispensable amenities and bed very comfortable. On the second occasion we had a room that seemed to be newer than the one we had the first time, little bigger and nicer. I highly recommend this hotel especially for those who have to stay near the airport
All right, I don't have a "but" for this hotel.

Convenient to airport. Extremely good restaurant. Good breakfast buffet.Van to airport is very important.
I had a double double room. The room was lovely and roomy but the lighting was terrible throughout. The bedside lights for reading were too dim, the overhead lights were too dim and so were the bathroom lights. Change the bulbs and crank it up a notch. It's very hard to read a book or put on makeup, especially since the window is frosted glass and there is no outside light. My room number was 2206.
